iPhone 3g or 3gs - the battery is different for each. I have a supply of batteries for each if you want to do it yourself - which part of the country are you in?

timmmay: A friend mine has an 18 month old iPhone that has a battery that lasts between ten minutes and a few hours. He plugs it into the PC, it shows full charge, and a few hours later max it's flat. I figure the battery's due for replacement, but happy to hear other opinions. Where in NZ can he get the battery replaced? 18 months is a bit pants surely??
