Chinese Chicken Crock Pot Recipes

With only 10-15 minutes in the morning, these recipes will give you a delicious healthy food with Chinese law preparation just before dinner, just cook some instant rice, and serve spoon.

Cashew Chicken

Ingredients:

2 medium onions, chopped

1 can mushrooms, drained

1 can of bamboo shoots, drained

1 can drained sliced ??water chestnuts

2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 ? cups stir frySauce

? teaspoon ground ginger

1-16 oz package frozen vegetable stir fry

1 cup cashews

Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. "All the ingredients except cashews in crock pot, stir well to mix. Cover on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours before serving stir in cashews.. Serve over rice.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Although you bottled sweet and sour sauce could, I wanted to do it from scratch, and still find easy!

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium chopped green bell pepper

1 red pepper, in medium cut

4 stalks celery, chopped

2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes

10-20 ounces pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

? cup water

2 teaspoons lemon juice

Spray> Crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Place vegetables in crock pot, put diced chicken on top. Pour pineapple chunks with juice, more chicken. In a bowl combine tapioca, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, water and lemon juice. Pour into crock pot. Cover on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Serve over rice.
