Qualifications:
?
- Master?s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major concentration in counseling and guidance
- Demonstrated evidence of a strong academic concentration in counseling and guidance
- Valid Massachusetts educator license in guidance and/or counseling areas and a Massachusetts license in an administrative/supervisor area.
- Minimum of five years providing direct services to students.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize technology in all facets of the position.

Reports to: Assistant Superintendent, Curriculum and Instruction
Performance Responsibilities:
Terms of employment: As per negotiated agreement between Billerica Schools and Billerica Administrators? Group.
