Iraqi Children's Charity Receives Needed Holiday Cheer From the ...

The Tom Deierlein Foundation, a neighborhood Iraqi children?s charity founded by a decorated Iraqi war veteran, Tom Deierlein, is receiving much needed support from the interactive marketing market. These corporate volunteers became involved above the last handful of months and have developed numerous interactive campaigns created to benefit the TD Foundation. ?I consider it?s great that my colleagues in the business have stepped up like this. It is very exciting and will aid the Foundation do some wonderful issues,? says Tom Deierlein. The interactive campaigns will kick off on Monday December ten and will continue until finally January 10. These campaigns will appear across several advertising and marketing channels and share messages intended to support drive visitors to the newly updated TD Foundation web site and increase donations.

Deierlein adds ?We?re really excited about this existing campaign. The messaging will speak to different segments and eventually support an Iraqi youngster get vitamins, shoes, toys and other things they want to grow strong.?

The TD Foundation was conceived throughout Tom Deierlein?s tour of duty in Iraq. As a civilian affairs officer, Tom saw firsthand the devastation decades of civil strife and war has caused in Iraq, especially to the most innocent of victims, the young children. ?Folks are suffering,? explains Deierlein, ?Somebody had to do one thing.? Tom became frustrated that the Army?s efforts to ease the suffering of the Iraqi families were falling brief due to bureaucratic processes and supplies. The Army supplied meals and water but the Iraqi families necessary so much more than they could present. As a result, when family and close friends provided to send care packages to him, he started to ask them for vitamins and other supplies for the Iraqi kids. Soon packages filled with vitamins, toys, clothes, shoes and other necessities began to arrive.

Whilst in Iraq, Tom got into the habit of sending residence month-to-month emails telling everyone about his Iraqi experiences and how a lot he and his unit enjoyed giving these further supplies to the Iraqi families. ?If you could alleviate that suffering, even for just a little bit, it genuinely did make you feel good,? adds Deierlein. His emails had been forwarded to other folks and then forwarded once again. He continues to function on his grassroots charity and the work to alleviate the Iraqi children?s suffering continues. The Foundation?s second charity fundraiser broke past records by raising $ 60,000 on November 20. TD Foundation has pledged $ 14,000 to the Youngsters In Require Foundation and has also partnered with other children?s charity organizations including The Gift of Life organization. And of course, the shipments to the kids of Iraq carry on.

Mission Statement: The objective of this organization is to help needy families and youngsters each nationally and internationally with their most standard living wants including medical care. We will raise funds in the US and then use them to arrange for medical treatment and/or obtain critical everyday products such as clothes, meals, water, school supplies, vitamins, as nicely as toys, etc. We will companion with neighborhood organizations, institutions, and individuals to find and distribute these goods and services to those in want.
